SERVICE AGREEMENT

Cleaning Services Agreement

By hiring Squeaky Cleaners RI you are agreeing to the following terms:

1. Services

Squeaky Cleaners RI agrees to provide cleaning services as described in the attached electronic estimate form and invoice provided to the Customer at the Customer's residence stated in the submitted online estimate form.

2. Client Responsibilities

All clients agree to provide a safe working environment for the staff of Squeaky Cleaners RI.

All Customers shall ensure that the premises where the Services are to be performed are safe for Squeaky Cleaners RI employees. This includes, but is not limited to, providing adequate lighting, removing obstacles from inside and outside walkways, and ensuring that all stairs and steps are in good repair. Including snow and or Ice.  Proper ventilation is also required by all local laws. 

Notify of Hazards: Customer shall promptly notify Squeaky Cleaners RI Owner, Paige Trotta of any known or suspected hazards on the premises.

 If staff arrives and the working environment is deemed unsafe, staff will not be required to complete the cleaning service and client will be subjected to an inconvenience fee. 

All clients agree to treat the staff of Squeaky Cleaners RI with professionalism and respect. 

All clients agree to report any inappropriate or unprofessional misconduct from staff to the Owner immediately. 

3. Customer Provided Cleaning Products: Customers may provide cleaning products of their choosing but it is not mandatory or expected. If clients choose to supply a preferred product, please leave the product out for staff on a table or countertop. Staff is not permitted to look in any closed doors, cabinets, drawers etc. 

4. Smoking:

 Customers may not smoke near the employees or in confined areas without proper ventilation. This includes but is not limited to Vapes, Cigarettes, Marijuana, etc.

5.Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. There is no cancellation fee required prior to 24 hours. Please keep in mind rescheduling is not guaranteed and is based off company availability. 

3. Payment

 Payment is due 24 hours prior to scheduled service as confirmation. Automatic payments are available for recurring clients. Cash or online invoice are the preferred payment methods. All cash payments must be in a sealed and labeled envelope.  No further services shall be rendered until all payments have been full-filled.

4. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon one or more days' notice to the other party. For any reason. 

5. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect  and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island and the State of which the work is being performed.

7. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Notices

All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered personally, email or text.
